Here is a clip from one of those specials. From ABC from 1973 this special was hosted by the comedy team of Jack Burns & Avery Schreiber. Holy cow! That's Chuck Woolery (Wheel of Fortune, Love Connection, Scrabble, etc.) as Superman! Now who is that playing Batman? I can't quite place him. |

I didn't know Danger Island, the guys on the left. Don't ever remember seeing them. Haven't seen any of the others in years, though they'd probably be painful to watch now, but they were fun back in the day for a kid.
