I don't know how he died. It's an urban legend, I think. I don't think I heard it as a child but I do remember hearing about it somewhere in the 1990s. I used to read a lot of zines. I might have picked it up there.
Does anybody remember "Casper the Dead Baby" in an issue of Crazy in the 1970s? Crazy was seriously twisted.
