Off the top of your heads, can you name other Marvel books that had this Still 15c price on the cover? PS This DD #80 is one of several winging its way to me...

Now I have to get the UK 1/- variant too...after I call my dealer and tell him he's the son of a thousand fathers, all bastards like him.

I think it was all the books that came out just prior to the 25 cent, giant 10th anniversary issues cover dated November 1971. Though for whatever reason, Sgt. Fury doesn't seem to have had it.
Avengers #92 comes to mind immediately as one that did. Given the numbering at the time, that means Captain America #142 and Thor #192 should also have them.

Back then, when you saw the Still "Something" Cents blurb on the cover,it meant prices will go up within 3 months

Yeah, if you look at Mike News Stand for the month DD 80 came out there should be a lot of other Marvel comics with that tag on them. Maybe the month or two before and after m,ight be worth looking at as well. Here's July 1971

Captain American #142 does indeed have it, as does Iron Man #42.

I miss the days when DC & Marvel would have temporary price wars - "still only 15/20/25 cents". I also miss DC's 100 pagers. The reprints in them helped me read a lot of older material that I would have never been able to get at that time. I think DC was more willing to experiment with different formats (100 pagers/Dollar Comics) over the years.

Looks like there were also two from the previous month: Two-Hun Kid #100 and My Love #13.

I picked up a couple Iron Man comics a month or two back (33-38) and 3 of them had stickers over the '15c' box that said '19c'.. there were very close to the right size and font.. any idea if one of the distributors did that, or just some enterprising drug store trying to suck 4 extra cents out of kids?

I ran into equivalent stickers a couple of times as a kid when buying comics in a bus station.
