I am gooking forward to this one. Classic (red jumpsuit) Donna has always been one of my favorite super-heroines. I hope the amazing $ales on this will force DC to bring her back the way she is supposed to be (and not as a villainess).

I have to admit that Donna Troy appearing as Wonder Girl in her red jumpsuit and Nicola Scott on art are the only 2 things motivating me to purchase this book. As many of you know, I was not a fan of Wolfman's early New Teen Titans and I absolutely despise Cyborg, Starfire, and Jericho. I wish Kid Flash, Aqualad, and Speedy were in the book instead.

Oh Man! ... I got to admit the Donna Troy as Wonder Girl is a gem. I was not going to get involved in Convergence and get the whole freaking series for $300.00 - but I'm going to have to get it and I may have to drive two hours to place an order for these issues and work it from there. I gotta have it - I may have to go there tomorrow morning and work out a deal.

Just to let you know: Cyborg gets very little action. He is not doing well. Jericho gets so little panel time that its almost like he's not there. Starfire does get a generous portion of spotlight. But its mainly about Dick and Donna.
Conclusion: It might be safe for you to try. |
