No explanation for the out of character out bursts, though we did see it at least mentioned at the end. Did the writer intentionally write her out of character?
Did the editor revise the end to appease outraged fans, such as myself? Would there have been enough time between the publishing of #1 and #2 to make this revision before #2 was printed?
At any rate, I would buy more of this title. Great art. Great characters. I like Dick Grayson as the new Batman. Dick and Helena make a wonderful dynamic duo. Just get Helena's personality right and it will be perfect!

I don't think there was enough time to make the edit, plus I think both issues were done months ago. It was a slightly weird ending, they didn't kill eachother and we saw that Dick and Helena survived and we also know from Convergence that the Soviet Superman survived as well as he showed up in the big battle so the out come didn't make much sense. Still, it was a lot of fun. |
