My own Mother, passed away 3 years ago due to Alzheimer's and I often think of her making Waffles for breakfast during the weekend. So, I went to my favorite restaurant today and in honor of my Mother's memory - I had Waffles for breakfast today. She would been 84 years old if she was alive today.  |
