DC has cut a deal with New Line Cinemas to send the rights of any Vertigo based film projects to New Line wile keeping the DCU hero based films at WB....

It does allow them to have more resources available, but I wonder how the creators of the Vertigo stuff who have participation but not control of media related projects feel about all of this.
