My my, you are generous : thos two pages are amongst the least awkward of the whole series so far. I confirm that even if you like Masters, he's quite terrible in this context. I've looked at some of his black and white images from the series, and while still not what I'd want out of a Bond comic, I think they are better looking than the colored ones we see in the book. |

Okay so I got the third, and while the art still looks pretty generic the portrayal of the action in this issue was great showing that Masters has the chops to tell a good story visually but he still struggles with delivering emotional responses as far as the characters faces go. The writing improved here as well, I really liked the dialog that Ellis developed...but at the same time it was a slight step back as he just killed off the Berlin Station agents which were the only characters with any kind of real personality.
If I do decide to get the forth just to see what operation Vargr is I can tell you one thing: it won't be for full price like I did with #3.
