When did Jimmy Olsen learn the secret identities of Batman and Robin? In World's Finest 158 Jimmy and Robin are in the Batcave. Robin refers to Batman as Batman and sometimes he refers to him as Bruce in front of Jimmy. I was surprised by this but maybe it's just something I never encountered before. Or maybe it was something that only came up in World's Finest. World's Finest #144.

Anyone read any of the Thanos Infinity Saga HC by Jim Starlin? I'm not wanting to get into overall events of Marvel's, but Lone Star's synopsis leads me to believe they may be all contained within those four GN (Infinity Revelation, Infinity Reality, Infinity Entity, and Infinity Finale). If they are a story within themselves then I'd be all over Marvel cosmic with Starlin, Lim and Davis. I just don't want to have to "see so and so issue" footnotes to read the four volumes: www.mycomicshop.com/search?SeriesID=26554721

So, Jimmy has been such a loyal friend to Superman, that Batman and Robin will tell him their secret IDs, but Superman still won't trust Jimmy with his. How does this make sense, even when their target audience was 8 years old? And Batman appears to not only take off his cape & cowl while flying the Batplane, but changes seats too? Not safe, Bats, not safe.

So I've been waiting for several years now for DC to put Jack Kirby's Fourth World Omnibus volumes back in print. Anyone know if there are any plans for DC to get around to this anytime soon? Considering where the cinematic DCU is inevitably going, I can't believe there isn't a demand to read Darkseid's first appearances.

Not safe, Bats, not safe. It was a rule at the time. If Jimmy's comic outsold yours, you had to tell him your secret identity.

I have a vol 1 that's getting awfully lonely on my bookshelf all by itself. I was tripping over copies of vol 3 and 4 a while back, but could not find a vol 2 to save my life. And 2nd hand copies are going for ridiculous prices.

In Origins of Marvel Comics, Stan Lee refers to
what television material is this? Any ideas? Did Stan write anything for TV in early 1961 or before? Or is he referring to scripts he wrote but nobody bought?

It's possible he was doing local television stuff. The kind of ties right in to the advertising copy.
