Not sure how I feel about this, but Lord knows DC has some quirky Animal-Vegetable-Mineral characters that could be popular, kind of like Groot with Guardians of the Galaxy.

I'll watch it, naturally (I'm already watching/will be watching Agents of SHIELD, Agent Carter, Comic Book Men, Walking Dead, Talking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead, Izombie, Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, Vixen, Gotham, Krypton, Supergirl, Titans, Teen Titans Go, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers Assemble, Ultimate Spider-Man, Hulk & the Agents of Smash, Big Bang Theory, Innerspace, The Tick, Outcast, Preacher, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Power Man, Iron Fist, Defenders...what's one more?), but for now the title just reminds me I need to get back to Powers season 1...hopefully next weekend.

Not n board with this, yet. Will have to watch a few episodes before I decide whether I will commit to it. While it sounds interesting, NBC is not known for having successful franchised shows of any genre. Hopefully, this will be the first of many, but with Constantine cancelled and Wonder Woman not able to get off the ground, I don't have much faith in NBC.

I don't think I've ever seen her in anything. Generic bland Disney pop princess diva who had the lead in the recent Grease Live performance on NBC? (I think that was the network). Shew as one of hte leads in High school Musical I believe. -M

Yes but most of those shows base casting on talent not Q rating appeal with the 14-35 demographic. -M

I'm curious to see what this show does with the DC characters if it goes to series. It seems like a waste of the license if it isn't going to make use of the more well known heroes and villains. Otherwise, they could just stick characters created specifically for the show into the stories and get similar results.
