This is one of the biggest reason why I'm turned off by the latest story of the Justice League ... of Batman becoming a New God and that's irks me so much and sorry that I'm unable to enjoy this book at all. I have so many mixed feelings about this series and having seen the previous issues and knowing what I have seen is beyond my capacity to enjoy this book.
Sorry everyone!

Read this just now. I'm liking the story so far. I'm not that familiar with New Gods other than what I've seen in animation. Jason Fabok is the best artist working in comics today in my opinion, and I can't get enough of his art. There were some things that confused me in this story though. I still don't know what the big deal is bringing the Anti Montior and Darkseid together for a big war/fight. What's the objective again and why are they fighting? I'll have to read the three issues over again, because right now I just know that the league is getting their asses kicked essentially.

I believe that both the Anti-Monitor and Darkseid want to reshape the multiverse in their own images and the other is the only other major competition standing in the way of that goal.
