Hi all. My name is Darren, and it has been a long time since I've been into comics, but I do have something of interest that I am trying to nail down. My great uncle was a friend and contemporary of Disney, Kirby, and others. His name was Frank Webb, and I have become the unofficial family historian/preservation guy. I will try to take picture of what I have collected over the years and share them here.

If there's any doubt, yes it's me MRP back for the holidays and Kurt's 12 Days event. Not sure if I will stick around after the holiday event is over (I've cut back on all forums and enjoyed the separation from the 'net), but I'll be around 'til the 12 Days are over.

Hi Robert been a fan for of comic books a really long time. Got busy with life working my a** off haven't kept up with comics for 15 years and now I'm finally back collecting comics.

"Drake" doesn't sound as awkward as "Doghouse" to me, but the "Doghouse" is probably more obviously tongue-in-cheek. Dispensing with nyms and calling me Sean works as well. Despite the break I took, and my intermittent participation, this is still my favorite internet spot. |
