OCTOBER
THE TWILIGHT CHILDREN #1 (Gilbert Hernandez, Darwyn Cooke)
SURVIVORS’ CLUB #1 (Lauren Beukes, Dale Halvorsen, Ryan Kelly)
CLEAN ROOM #1 (Gail Simone, Jon Davis-Hunt)
ART OPS #1 (Shaun Simon, Michael Allred)
NOVEMBER
UNFOLLOW #1 (Rob Williams, Mike Dowling)
SLASH & BURN #1 (Si Spencer, Max Dunbar, Ande Parks)
RED THORN #1 (David Baillie, Meghan Hetrick)
JACKED #1 (Eric Kripke, John Higgins)
DECEMBER
SHERIFF OF BAGHDAD #1 (Tom King, Mitch Gerads)
NEW ROMANCER #1 (Peter Milligan, Brett Parson)
LUCIFER #1 (Holly Black, Lee Garbett)
LAST GANG IN TOWN #1 (Simon Oliver, Rufus Dayglo)
Vertigo has been overshadowed by Image lately on the (mostly) creator owned factory produced comics front, so I'll be interested in seeing how this turns out.
I'll definitely buy the Gilbert Hernandez and Peter Milligan, and Mike Allred books based on name recognition.
Lucifer relaunch? Huh. Didn't see THAT coming.

I'll get Twilight of Children, New Romancer (Neuromancer pun?), Last Gang in Town and Sheriff of Baghdad. I'll keep an eye for feedbacks on the rest.

Will the Lucifer relaunch be a police procedural to tie into the new show?
There are a couple names on there I am surprised DC attracted. I was sure that current Vertigo contracts would be driving everybody to Image.

Vertigo still has the advantage that you are paid up front, so for some artists/writers that would be more attractive. I just hope that the new titles will get a chance to prove themselves (and decent TPB support) unlike the last crop of titles that got cancelled far too soon, but it will be tough for many of these titles to get attention.
I think the new Lucifer will tie into the new TV-show (... like coke&comics said), I don't see where they could be going if was the Gaiman/Carey's Lucifer (... or they would do some prequel stuff?).

In a better world, Twilight Children would be the only upcoming comic that anyone would be talking about. I mean, Beto Hernandez and Darwyn Cooke? Who cares about Secret Wars and its aftermath?
