I was super disappointed at the lack of Marvel trades of old stuff.. I mean , doing a mid 80s epic for Spiderman? Those are issues stores won't buy because they're so easy to get!

I have high hopes for Spidey, but really I've lost alot of interesting in the current MU with secret wars.. they're going to have to do something exciting to get me to buy much more than Iron Man and Ms. Marvel.



I hadn't looked at the DC stuff yet... Dick and Starfire!!!!  I wonder if well actually get some information about the Titans in New 52 finally?

I'm totally skipping Robin War, so glad to see it's over quickly.   

Anyone reading Martian Manhunter?   Seeming like they're heading for a split personality thing?  The first couple issues didn't grab me (too slooooow) but seems like it might read well in a trade.

Nice to see them soliciting things that clearly should be minis AS minis (Like Poison Ivy and Deadshot/Katana) instead of getting fans hopes up that it's an ongoing.    Most of the 'DC You' stuff that got cancelled early (Bat-Mite, Bizzaro, Prez, etc) is now being called minis in the trade.

What's really weird is that some they're resetting the numbers on the trades (Superman is vol. 1) but some not (Sinestro is Vol. 3).  What is it about Comic book publishers that makes them be so darn confusing!

I bummed about the JLA: The Silver Age one, though.. that looks GREAT and is a great deal... I totally would prefer that to the Omnibus (which I like, but those 1000 page tomes don't last well).

Azrael is an interesting choice for a trade, since there's no sign on him in the new 52.. unless he's coming?   I am loving the price points on the older stuff... they're re-doing the Morrison Doom Patrol at $29.99 for the 1st 15 issues.. hope they do more with stuff I'd actually buy! 

Not much interest in the new Vertigo stuff... none of it sounded that good to me.  I'll check out Lucifer, but my expections are low.
