I have been enjoying Deadpool vs. Thanos ( surprisingly, because I never read Deadpool) and I ran across this double page spread with characters that are dead. I'm not sure who most of them are.

The only ones I recognize right off the bat are the original Deathlok (just above the mustachioed poirate with the gun), the Spirit of '76 (in the tricorn hat) and the Black Talon (behind Deadpool).

The guy in the green armour is Grasshopper (from the Great Lakes Avengers mini-series). The guy in front of Tommy Monaghan looks like Sluggo, Deadpool's partner during some of his first appearances.
I also see a random Ultimatum Mook in the crowd.

I think I see Hitman(Tommy Monaghan) In that crowd. That's the only one that jumped out to me. Is this some kind of Marvel/DC crossover?

No, it's an homage, like seeing reporters that look like Lois and Clark in the background of a press conference in a Marvel book, or having Rich Ryder/Nova meet student at school named Wally West, or the Where's Waldo like cover of Spectre Annual #1 that has Star Trek characters, Marvel characters, Dr. Who characters etc. hidden in the crowd. It's an Easter egg put in by the artist (or writer) nt any kind of official cross-over or collaboration between companies.
