If you had to boil it down to one, what is that single toy, original art piece, or other comic-related artifact that matters to you more than all the others? If there was a fire, and everything else of yours was destroyed, what's that one piece you'd be hoping survived?

That is a tough one! Probably my Mego 12 inch Wonder Woman with Diana Prince military uniform. She's still in the box and quite difficult to come by these days.

Most of my collectibles are gifts rather than things I sought out for myself. If I had to save only one, it would probably be the page of original Gene Colan art that Scott "Lone Ranger" Mahaffey gave me a few years back. If you ask me again next week, though, I might well name something else. Cei-U! I miss Scott!  |

Getting autographs from Adam West, Burt Ward, Yvonne Craig, Cesar Romero, Burgess Meredith, Frank Gorshin, Julie (Catwoman on TV) Newmar, Lee (Catwoman in Movie) Meriwether- all signed and accounted for. Eight Autograph on pictures that they appeared on the Batman TV Show in the 60's.
I consider it my prized collectible.

ooo.. .very, very tough question. hmmmm. . .I suppose if I can only grab ONE comic related thing on my way out, it would be this:  very fond memories of where I bought it, talking to Jill Thompson afterwards about it, and that it has an Alex Ross signature on it  and if i can carry something else, I'd snatch these off the shelf too:  P7Q~~/s-l500.jpg) |

Very very tough call for me, as my most cherished collectibles are comics themselves. In terms of what I appreciate most each day, it's got to be my unopened Marvel and DC trading cards, which are literally right next to the monitor I am looking at as I type this:  In terms of what is most valuable/irreplacable, that's either my commissioned Usagi Yojimbo piece that ended up being the cover for Usagi Sketchbook #3 (I need to get a new pic of this!) or my 2x scale Korean Optimus Prime, which is so absurdly rare that it hurts:   But in terms of what means the most to me, it's either going to be the Spectre sketch that Neal Adams did for me last year:  or the sketch Stan Sakai did for my daughter when she was two (it's Usagi Yojimbo carrying her on his shoulders!). I really need to get pics of this stuff... |

My most prized collectible... Hmmm..... probably a Lobster Johnson drawing Tonci Zonjic did for me as a thank you (I've gotta get a picture of that one). The drawing itself is amazing, and it has the most sentimental value of all the original art I have.
All of my original art is cool, but I especially treasure that Lobster piece and the Stan Sakai art I have, particularly the Sasuke sketch in my vol 23 hardcover.
