Frank Quitely draws the ugliest women in comics. Ever.
There, I said it."Draws" in the present tense? I'll buy that. Ever? Not as long as the work of original Atom artist Ben Flinton endures. Cei-U! I summon the monstrosity that was Mary James! Indeed. Yikes!: imgur.com/a/WH9Ef

If you could turn Adam Hughes inside out, you would get Frank Quietly. Along with...if Jack Kirby were illustrating a women's body building championship his art would perfect.

Quitley's humans creep me out because the elongated and oval shaped head. Much like greys. And everyone knows how much I dislike greys. But I can usually find that it's not too distracting from the art.

I absolutely love Quietlys art, so much so, that I buy anything he does. But hey, I am honest about how ugly his women look. Jim Starlin, who I love too, draws some ugly women as well.

Starlin's women are always gangly and thin. Too anorexic for me. It took me quite some time to get accustomed to his art. Early on I actually preferred someone else's art to his writing.

I love Jim Aparo but his women all look like drag queens.
Cei-U! I summon the bruisin' babes!

I don't think anyone but John Ostrander and Kim Yale have ever had a handle on Amanda Waller as a character.

I don't think anyone but John Ostrander and Kim Yale have ever had a handle on Amanda Waller as a character. I think the most I've read of her in comics is Sucide Squad and Invasion! But it does seem like in most of DC's other media (I've been watching a lot of JL movies and shows lately) they just make her an over-bearing loud-mouthed woman.

I never understood Alex Toths popularity. Is it because of Space Ghost ? I clicked the "like" button on this post by mistake while reading this thread on my phone. Sorry. You can unlike too. Unless you agree. 😀

The resurrection of Bucky Barnes undid my most favorite comic story of all time. Avengers #56 and King Size Avengers #2 was centered around Captain America , once and for all, seeing that Bucky was dead.
There I said it.

The Wasp (Janet Van Dyne version) is indecisive. She can never make up her mind on which costume to wear. Make up your damn mind woman! No wonder you are always late to the battle!!! You are too busy trying on the whole closet. So i said it......

Jean Grey has always been more of a plot device than a character.
