This one, published in late 1963, proudly pays tribute to--well, see for yourselves! Good show, Farrar! I was wracking my "Brain" to recall where I had seen the "Tribute to Teen-Agers" tagline, and came up empty (stupid, doddering, senile old man). This was it. I have the Marvel Tales reprint, which I bought back in 1980(!) and have read to death, but couldn't connect the dots. Kudos!

A tribute to darkness, the depths of a black soul? Hey! That's no way to talk about Marvel's then-EIC.

9/11/2001 A tribute to darkness, the depths of a black soul? It was the first issue immediately following the infamous 9/11 tragedy.

No biggie.
As I was posting it I looked to see if there was a looped ribbon or flag or something and was slightly surprised there wasn't.
