TwoMorrowsAnyone else heard of this site? This is one of the best fanzine sites around, lots of classic goodness!! This is the site where you can get "The Jack Kirby Collector", "Back Issue", Alter Ego" and several other fanzines. You can order print copies or digital copies. If you order print copies you get the digital version FREE. Only downside with ordering just print version is that a lot of those are OOP, but digital is always available and at a much cheaper price. Right now many of their books are marked down to 40%. These magazines/books contain lots of in depth details and creator interviews relating to the Golden, Silver, Bronze & Modern Age. So far I have purchased 16 digital copies focusing on Dick Sprang's Batman, 70's & 80's Legion of Superheroes, Silver & Bronze Age Fantastic Four, X-Men, DC's 100 page Giant & Treasury, etc. Also, there are several FREE magazines available to download from the site. A good deal if you want to sample the content. I really wish there was a site where I could purchase digital copies of "Amazing Heroes", "Comics Feature"...hopefully one of these days. Below are the covers to the 16 magazines (digital form) I have purchased so far from TwoMorrows Publishing...

Our own Cei-U (i.e. Kurt the man behind the 12 Days of Classic Comic Christmas) is a semi-regular contributor to Alter Ego...
I have a smattering of issues of Back Issue and Alter Ego (and Amazing Heroes and Comics Interview, and.... in my piles of stuff around here too.

I'm a freelance writer. My last assignment was an overview of Flash, Green Lantern and Hawkman in the Golden and Silver Ages for the April 2015 issue of Alter Ego. Currently, I'm researching and writing the 1940-44 and 1945-49 volumes of TwoMorrows' American Comic Book Chronicles book series. Sorry, no freebies. Cei-U! I summon the disappointment!

I plan on reading these on my tablet at work. The print versions are really nice, remember seeing one in a comic shop once. When you buy the print version how long does it take you to get it? Just curious.

When you login at TwoMorrows you should be able to see what you have ordered in the past when you look under your "My Account" at the left hand top. I downloaded the digital copies to my pc but they still remain on the TwoMorrows site if I ever need to access them again...even though you bought the print versions you should be able to get the digital versions for free if you choose.

I have not ordered directly from them before. I ordered my book from Lone Star. My cart expired before I got a chance to check out. Now I will have to order tomorrow morning.
