I have to seriously check out DCs Grayson. Coldwater might like him too as his name is Dick

Karl Kershel's art in Gotham Academy is also really good too:

Ooh, I just read that. I had a little trouble following the story but it was a neat idea for a series and the characterization (and the art) were very strong.
Grayson looks cool - Is it still ongoing or have they changed him back to Nightwing yet?

It's slightly frantic to start off with but it get's clearer as it goes, Kershel just left the book though so I'm a little sad. And Dick is still doing the super-spy thing but from the way things are going plot wise it seems like he's destined to return to being Nightwing again in the not too distant future.

I've been very tempted to try Grayson, but I've yet to finish the first 40 or so issues of Batman, Aquaman and Justice League that I bought on Comixology when they had one of those big sale several months back. I really need to get on that.

I wanted Grayson to be good, but it really just didn't grab me. It is pretty, though. Gotham Academy is amazing and people should buy it so they know we approve. I hope it's one of those that does well online, because sales are close to cancellation level.

J. H. Williams III is still my pick for best mainstream artist right now. What he's doing in terms of page design is so far above and beyond what anyone else in American comics has tried.
I'm reading Sandman:Overture right now, and if he wasn't my pick before he is now!

I'm reading Sandman:Overture right now, and if he wasn't my pick before he is now! I love him in general, especially his run on Batwoman, but he really out did himself on Sandman. The cat of the endless was by far my favorite though, he made me feel that Overature was my favorite volume.
