I give you not one, not two, but eight empty silhouettes this week. Feel the Byrne...

Ah, I just thought of a great cover, one of my favorites. I'm sticking with the one I picked, but if anyone posts the cover I just thought of, you'll be getting my vote for sure.

I have at least two others I was thinking of. In fact, I could have picked from about a dozen covers from one title I was thinking of. I hope others use a few of them.

I have to say , given some of AGs past posts, I expected a racier topic for this week. " Tranvestite heroes coming to the rescue".

Haha, well, I had to offer a topic that allowed more than 4 answers But I thought the one I chose offered a wide range of possibilities throughout the decades, from traditionnalofferings to sheer abstract ones. Ah, I just hope it's a fun one.

Ah, I just hope it's a fun one. Yes, it's fun and you're right, there's a wide open field here. This is evidenced by the fact that though there was a similar "Silhouettes" theme back in November 2014 (note, before AGS's time at CCF...and before mine too actually, but I like to check out the Cover Contest Hall of Fame sticky thread), most of the covers submitted for this week's contest weren't seen back in that Nov. 2014 contest. There are several intriguing, stunning covers here this week that I've never seen before, and that's the best part of the contest for me.

^ not gonna 'rules lawyer' . . but some of the covers are *not* silhouettes.. they are "shadows" yeah, there's a difference. but still.. everything posted thus far has been great, and as the rules state, if I feel something doesn't fit the criteria, I simply wont vote for it

I was indeed specificaly after silhouettes, empty black ones (or whatever color) or ones filled with a different drawing which usualy makes for nice design effect.

Yes, Which is why I wanted to only have specifically silhouettes containing another drawing, but I realized this was a trick more common in more recent covers, therefore I thought plain silhouettes would be elligeable but ones with the added feature should have an edge while voting

Yeah, well AGS stole my entry from the "Silhouettes" contest by posting El Diablo cover in his original post. Otherwise I would have reused it.
