I think DC does some of these series just to extend copyright on characters.

Argus was from Mark Waid's Flash and Razorsharp was one of the Cyba-Rats, right? Yes. Argus and Razorsharp & the Psyba Rats both mad mini series later on. Gunfire, Loose Cannon, Anima and Hitman also had series. Sparx showed up in Superboy & the Ravers. Several formed a group called Blood Pack with Jade. |

I couldn't believe when I read this is coming back.
Some number counter, who knows nothing but looking back at a title name and the numbers it sold, 20 years ago.
It was the worst event DC ever published and, with the exception of Hitman, every character that's been mentioned earlier in this thread, is totally forgettable and has zero appeal.
