terrible/awesome 1980s Uk animation - no super friends and only random spiderman for us - it was all about the flumps, henry's cat, and towser.
what's the deal with fruitman's shoes? one brown, one black and a purple sole. very gauche

Ah, but there is -- That's pretty much exactly what I had envisioned as well. Bananaman was the first character that can into my head when I read the title. He debuted in Nutty and later appeared in The Beano and The Dandy.
But he is most famous for the animated series, where all of the voices were provided by the Goodies! |
