Was the Condiment King created for BTAS (Where I first encountered him) or did he first appear in comics? I had no idea he ever made a comic appearance, which is hilarious. If I ever become publisher of DC comics I'm going to push this character with all my might just to piss off the hardcore, nutzo, Bat-Fanatics.

Fruit BoyHis only power is to take un-ripened fruit and make it ripe. That's it. A very rejected Legionnaire - from the Legion of Super Heroes. Pretty pathetic character - I may add. And, not a favorite of mine too.

He was created for BTAS and then made the leap in The DCU proper (exactly the same as Harley Quinn, although not nearly as popular for some reason). Lock-Up and Roxy Rocket also made the jump from BTAS to the regular Bat books.

I'll have to go with Morlock 2001. Half Man! Half Plant! So hungry he ate his girlfriend! And now I realize that he's neither fruit, nor vegetable...simply vegetation. Nice 70s-style artwork, there. Is that really Al Milgrom and Jack Abel, as comics.org says?

Wouldn't say he's a favourite, but this guy deserves a mention, though more for the book he appears in than for his own sake:
