The shell is really well done, props to it's makers. Though from an artistic perspective, I think a shell that looked like a stained glass window pane in a church would have looked cooler

That is a wonderful story about Freddy, hondo. She looks beautiful and I'm glad to read she has full mobility.
Kudos to the "Animal Avengers"--and again, thanks to you for posting this.

A group of 300 South African firefighters brought much-needed cheer to fire-ravaged Fort McMurray, Alberta, last week. After a 24-hour journey from Johannesburg, the firefighters stunned their welcoming party by breaking into morale-building songs and dances. The team will relieve Canadian firefighters who have for weeks battled the Fort McMurray blaze, which caused 80,000 people to evacuate. The South African government sent the firefighters as a goodwill gesture for Canada’s support of the anti-apartheid struggle. Canadians “stood by our side, so today we are paying back,” said one official.

Farrar, I love your avatar. Thanks! It's from Captain America #112. And yours is great--or should I say, "the Greatest." Nice tribute.
