Watching "Time Enough to Last" .... man his wife's a b___. I had forgotten how mean she was to him over something so trivial.
Edit: And John Steed in an episode before he was John Steed. I don't remember this episode at all; Judgement Night.

Watching "The Fever" I forgot how this episode creeps me out. The distorted voice. Franklin's compulsion that turned him from an intelligent , rational man to raving gambling lunatic.

Now I'm watching A World of Difference with Eileen Ryan. So I check her Wikipedia page and she was married to Leo Penn and the mother of the Penn boys and all I could think is .... daaaammmn! Them boys had a hot mom!

Outer Limits has been mentioned a few times in this thread already so I don't think it will be out-of-place to say that MeTV has been airing reruns of the original series on their late night Red Eye Sci-Fi block. I've rewatched the first four episodes for the first time in years and for the most part really enjoyed them. Tonight they are airing one of my favorite episodes "The Man Who Was Never Born" featuring Martin Landau who wears a pretty grotesque looking special effects makeup during parts of the episode.
The best episode they've aired so far I feel is also the very first episode "The Galaxy Being" featuring Cliff Robertson who modern audiences probably know best as Uncle Ben in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man films. It manages to set the tone for the rest of the series as well as grabbing the audience immediately with that classic creepy intro. I think one of the things Outer Limits actually did better in some cases than The Twilight Zone was their special effects (not that the The Twilight Zone special effects were bad in comparison by any means). "The Galaxy Being" is one that always made me wonder how they pulled off the look of the alien which I have to see still looks creepy today. The Twilight Zone on the other hand I feel not only had the stronger writing overall but also the better guess stars (although quite a few actors would appear in both series).

Just watched "He's Alive" with Dennis Hopper. Really good episode about a struggling group of Neo-Nazis. Kind of called out the plot twist as soon as the man in the shadows appeared because it was so obvious

Happy Twilight Zone marathon day for those in the US. Just got done with "Time Enough At Last". I always felt bad for Harold, all he wants to do is read and the people around him have such a low opinion of him because of it. I get that the message is "not to wall yourself away from the world", but not when the majority of people around you are complete buttholes
