As for nothing cancelled, Omega Men #12 was announced a long time ago as the final issue (when it was slated to be cancelled mid-story and fan reaction go tthem to extend it to 12 issues to finish the story but nothing beyond that) and the solicit says nothing about it, so I would take the fact that the solicits don't say final issue with a grain of salt. I think they are not announcing final issues to avoid the why bother lame duck effect on sales which are already inthe tank on a lot of books.
