I guess my longest would be every Avengers issue from 88 to Chuck Austen's second issue (volume 3 78-79)? That's over 400 issues, but I rarely look at them anymore as most of the stories I like to revisit have been collected. (Yes, the collection includes Heroes Reborn. No, that's not one of the stories I re-visit. To be frank, there's little post 300 I revisit besides Kurt Busiek's run.) Also, a lot of them aren't in the greatest condition-- it was more to read them than collect them.
I also have a complete run of Hellblazer from 1-300. That I re-read all the time as collections of the first 125 have been spotty until recently. (We're finally getting Paul Jenkins' run collected beginning in October.)
Other than that, I have books like The Invisibles, The Spectre, both volumes of American Flagg!, Preacher, Transmet, Shade. the Changing Man, Sandman Mystery Theatre, Lucifer, The Unwritten. I prefer the tpb era, actually. More convenient to store things. Once I know a series is "safe" these days, I'll generally just wait on the collection.

Longest run would be Action Comics with over 600 consecutive issues. I have over 600 issues each in singles of Superman and Action Comics.

I don't really have many, since I always just kind of jumped off when the going got bad, but I have the full run of the Jack Knight Starman, every issue of Wolfman and Perez Titans until Perez leaves (I don't have all the issues he came back for later on), all of Crisis (Infinite and on Infinite Earths), JLA/Avengers, and, uh.... that's it, I guess.
I mean, I have both issues of Crimson Plague, but I don't think that really counts.

I don't have a big collection, but I have a few complete runs. I have the entire Classic X-Men series, which reprints the first 100+ issues of the Claremont run. These were among the first comics I started reading/collecting as a kid, and I just stuck with it since it was cheaper to get these than the original Uncanny issues. I also have a complete run of Uncanny starting from issue 206 to somewhere just before the Age of Apocalypse... mid 300s I think? So between Classic and Uncanny, I have Claremont's entire X-Men run in single issues. That's probably far less impressive than having the entire run as issues of Uncanny, but I'll take it. Of the other X-books, I have a complete run of the first 70 or so issues of the Wolverine solo series. I also have the entire first run of Frank-Miller-as-writer on Daredevil. After that, I have an unbroken run from #227 to #310, which covers Miller's Born Again, the entire Nocenti run, and the beginning of D.G. Chichester's run. After that, it's Kesel's run which is pretty short, and the entire Daredevil vol. 2 which covers the Smith, Bendis, Brubaker, and Diggle runs. I also have the entire Waid run up until last week's issue. I also have the complete run of Robotech: The Macross Saga and Robotech: The New Generation by Comico. I was a big Robotech fan as a kid. Basically, my comic collection screams "the 80s".

I have very few complete runs, because I don't usually stick with a series if I don't like the writer or artist. So I don't have a complete run of Howard the Duck, for example, because I believe there was a late issue written by Bill Mantlo or somebody. Same with MoKF - I think the last couple issues were written by someone other than Moench. I do have the complete first run of Man-Thing, since Gerber wrote every issue. And I have complete runs of some of the shorter-lived Marvel black & white mags, like Dracula Lives, Haunt of Horror, Unknown Worlds of Science Fiction, etc. And a lot of the Kirby solo series that were cancelled rather than passed on to other creators - The Eternals, The Demon, OMAC, etc.

My longest unbroken run is Conan the Barbarian #25-275, I also have 1-4 and a few more before 25, in single issues and the ones I am missing in trade, but I am slowly tracking down the rest. Next would be X-Men/Uncanny which is unbroken from 131-356 when I dropped the X-Men altogether. Warlord runs 1-104 unbroken but missing a few between 105 and the end of the series. As for actual complete stuff, longest is Master of Kung Fu from Special Marvel Edition 15-MoKF 125. As for the rest, following Kurt's example of no one-shots...
