I read Batman from #9 onward (I read the first trade first, and the jumped on at #9), and followed that until midway through the Commissioner Gordon arc. I still enjoyed the book, but that was around the time I started reading more Dark Horse books, so I had to drop some books. I might get the trades. Overall I enjoyed most of it, aside from the last few issues of Endgame and parts of Zero Year. I also read a few other titles here and there, like Manapul's Detective Comics and Gotham Academy. I didn't like the Multiversity issues I read, but I don't enjoy most of Grant Morrison's writing (aside from the Captain Marvel Multiversity issue and some of his X-Men). I did like the universe guide part of the Multiversity Guidebook, though.

- Arkham Manor - Don't know what this is. - Star-Spangled War Stories Featuring G.I. Zombie - Library didn't get it. - The Shade - Was this a spin-off of Starman? The '90s Starman is basically my least favorite mainstream comic book ever. But I kind of liked the Shade. I might get it if the library does. Arkham Manor was a very pretty 6 issue mini, qite a solid one. G.I Zombie is 8 issues, has gorgeous art by Scott Hampton from start to finish and a pretty good story, highly recommended entertainment. The Shade indeed is a 12 issues maxi series from Robinson featuring Starman's antagonist, with exceptional art throughout.

Nothing
Literally the only new DC series I'm currently reading is the Wein/Jones Swamp Thing mini

I thought Multiversity was interesting as (I hope) Morrison's last farewell to the DCU. Still haven't really made up my mind about it - while I was reading it I thought it was better than some of its critics would allow, but now, a few months after it finished, I find myself more or less indifferent to it, though part of that is probably due to my indifference to the DCU in general. So the pendulum swing of my judgement hasn't quite settled down yet on this one.
Haven't yet read Dial H but will give that a shot at some point.
I'll probably read the JH WIlliams Batwoman one of these days as well, if only for the artwork.
As I often say, the main thing that interests me in the DCU is the Fourth World stuff and that seemed to be handled with even less intelligence and appreciation than usual, so the New 52 was a dead loss for me in that regard.
