It really does seem that Usagi's visibility has been on the increase since Stan's return to Usagi, and the launch of stansakai.com and the refit of usagiyojimbo.com certainly help too, but yeah -- how can a work that has endured this long, been the recipient of so much critical acclaim, been celebrated by so many respected comic creators and (to the best of my knowledge) never gotten a bad review, get such little attention?

It's so strange to me that, three decades after the rise of local comic shops and the direct market, the average reader seems to crave less diversity in their reading than they did back in the 1970s. Big Two superheroes and maybe some zombies. Folks are missing out on so much more.
