I've been debating on acquiring the Daredevil figure (the red suit although the yellow suit and the Shadowland variant look great as well). But the Shazam figure looks terrific as well and now there's Flash...with tornado hands! I'm not sure my wallet can afford all this goodness. I'm not sure whether I like the yellow Daredevil or the red one better. I've been trying to stay away from getting more than one version of each figure, but those two are different enough that I might make an exception. I also can't decide if I like the classic or modern Punisher better. I like the Flash figure a lot (the tornado hand accessory is so cool!). The Shazam looks good, but I'd like a classic costume version at some point. |

Green Arrow is up for preorder.I'm not a big Green Arrow fan, but that figure sure looks cool. It looks like BvS Batman is sold out on Mezco's site, but it's still available a few other places ( like here), so I'd preorder that soon if you want one.

Punisher is up for preorder! Wow, that looks great. Should be fun to match him up against Daredevil!  It's unclear how many Punisher variants there will be total, but there will be at least two more (I think): the classic costume and one similar to this figure, but with the red Punisher emblem from Thunderbolts. Also, the Previews Exclusive Judge Dredd and Lawmaster set is out now. The standard release Lawmaster (without Dredd) comes out in a few weeks. It would appear that there will be a navy blue Dredd and Lawmaster set, as well as a black and white Lawmaster to go with the NYCC exclusive Dredd, but neither have release dates yet. I hope Spock is out soon... I'm growing impatient!

Oh, and I forgot to post this link: An exclusive version of the Spock figure, based on his appearance in the original pilot episode: Link. That looks cool, but it is more expensive than the normal Spock. I wonder what variants Kirk will have; perhaps one with that ugly green Captain's shirt? |

Today the Hottoycast podcast interviewed the founder of Mezco (the podcast is available on iTunes), and several announcements for the One:12 Collective were made. It appears that there will be a DKR Superman and Joker, and they hope to continue the Star Trek bridge crew (with McCoy up next). They will also be making figures of the original Ghostbusters. They go into much more depth on the podcast, so I'd recommend listening to it. Also, they want to continue the Universal Monsters, but no new announcements yet (hopefully Dracula!  ). |

Superman is up for pre-order, and he comes with a bunch of cool accessories! I like the magnetic bullet effects and the bottled city of Kandor!

There have been some really cool announcements from SDCC in the One:12 Collective. I think the Red Son Superman looks awesome. Maybe we'll get a Red Son Batman at some point (or, even better, a Gotham by Gaslight one!).

Yesterday I watched Pixel Dan's walkthrough of the One:12 Collective at Toy Fair ( link to video), and there was some interesting stuff mentioned. It sounds like Mezco is working on figures based on Marvel movies now, as well as the Netflix shows (Netflix Daredevil was shown at the event). I really only collect figures based on comics, but these do sound pretty interesting. It was also mentioned that Mezco is planning three versions of Batman throughout his career, and the one shown in the video is from early in his career. I quite like the design they showed, but I really hope to see some Elseworlds designs as variants ( Doom that Came to Gotham Batman is the version I most want to see, followed by Gotham by Gaslight). They are making Red Son Superman, so hopefully more Elseworlds characters will follow. |

Those figures look beyond epic...I am slowly convincing myself to part with $85 for the Punisher classic one.
