Great idea!
I'm not going to try for 75, though. Just the ones that come to mind as being the most noteworthy from my own highly controversial perspective:
Bill Finger, Jerry Robinson, Julie Schwartz, Frank Robbins, Len Wein, Gerry Conway, Doug Moench, (and while they really do deserve thanks and praise, I'm stubbornly going to pretend to snub Frank Miller and Denny O'Neil).
And I really am going to snub Bob Kane.

The only one I think I'd put in-- and I'm not sure who I'd edge out-- would be Robert Kanigher, for adding Poison Ivy and the Death-Man to the Bat-mythos-- even if Ivy's more the creation of ABC and Infantino.
Of course, some fans might think we should subtract one from his ledger for creating "the Birdmaster."
John Broome doesn't fare that much better with "Doctor Tzin-Tzin."

Through his Bat-Time was brief, Michael Golden made a great impression on me.

Unless I missed it, Tim Sale is a pretty big deal for me that I didn't see listed.

For perhaps selfish reasons, I would have included Christopher Nolan.
