This link goes directly to page 16, where the post-1970 stuff begins. These are the books that Kirby actually controlled.

The latter list is difficult to use because it includes reprints, domestic and foreign. But it does show all the pencilling jobs he did for other editors at DC.

By comparing these lists, I just learned that Jack didn't edit his first three issues of Jimmy Olsen; Murray Boltinoff did.

That's the issue - thanks Farrar! Their is a graphite edition of Caprain Victory as well which includes the script treatment for it - do you know if the CV treatment was ever included in The Jack Kirby Collector as well?
