Well there's a glimmer of promise in that trailer that I didn't see in anything related to BvS. Don't like the Flash costume at all though. Have to see more before I make up my mind on this.

I was hoping to see Superman in the trailer. But I guess because of what happened in Batman v. Superman it can't be revealed yet. Anyways, this doesn't look terrible, terrible, terrible so far. Ezra Miller as the Flash already seems like he can potentially be annoying though.

DC and Warner Bros seem like they have no clue where they want to go with these movies.
Everything was constantly dark and brooding in Man of Steel and BvS, and now they're trying to go with a more light hearted atmosphere with JL...and it isn't working for me. The humor here already seems incredibly forced (especially the scene with the Flash) and enough to fill a 2+ hour Marvel movie.

The humor here already seems incredibly forced (especially the scene with the Flash) and enough to fill a 2+ hour Marvel movie. So I'm reading through the New 52 (for the first time) right now, and most of it is pretty dark. When I watched the Marvel movies, I remember seeing a dash of recent comic lore in them, but I can really feel the New 52 era in the DC Comics movies. BvS had several moments that felt like they were straight out of Injustice: Gods Among Us. That strange dream where Batman is fighting Parademons and is captured and assaulted by Superman? That felt like it was the Dark Superman from the Earth 2 series (who has pledged his allegiance to Darkseid). And there is a Justice League feel to the way they are building up to Darkseid in the upcoming movie, just as was done in the first arc of the series (although it is rumored to the villain will be Steppenwolf, the premise is similar). Maybe I'm wrong but from reading these New 52 comics lately and then watching BvS and the JL trailer, the same themes seem to keep popping up.

It might be my prejudices showing, but I thought that looked monumentally awful, especially Flash

Can't get used to the movie Flash as I am more used to the TV version. Aquaman looks very cool and I believe he may poised to steal the show. Hope Superman is in the movie.

Are they basing the visuals of Aquaman on the early 90's Jae Lee Namor run?

To be fair, that wasn't Superman.
