I would be perfectly willing to keep these lists, and buy them for anyone if I find them. If condition is important, please let me know, otherwise I buy what I can find. Man, if you could track down issues 1 and 3 from Zeck's five issue Punisher mini, I would be elated!! Like I said, I never EVER see them at shops I visit and I'm not wanting to spend $8-10 to get each ish. Same with a nice copy of ASM #240 (I said 241 above but I meant #240, with Vulture on the cover). Again, I never see it, always issues around it but not this one. As for grades, I like FN to VF if possible. Maybe this thread could turn into a trade situation where we help out fellow collectors lol

I actually found all of those issues in a quarter bin at a local Half Price Books a couple of months ago. I see Camelot 3000 issues in bargain bins all the time, though I cannot vouch for the exact numbers. I recall that #12 was a long time coming; It is possible that retailers cut orders on it (compared to previous issues), making that issue scarcer now as a back issue. Kinda like Ronin #6. Camelot 3000 #1 and #12 are the only issues I own haha.

I have a few that have been driving me crazy for a while now. Avengers 160 and 163 Doctor Strange 41 Defenders 14 Fantastic Four 175 and 188 ROM 11, 13-14 It can get frustrating as all get out. I found Avengers 160 and 163 in NM at my local con over Memorial Day weekend. I'll call that a win!

My problems are miniscule, yet still annoying. I can't for the life of me find a copy of Batman Vol 2 #6 in Canada for less than ridiculous prices.

I had the variant #4 and was late with acquiring the regular issue #4 and had to bite my lip when I got my 1st printing, but I'd recommend anyone get them now while they're still priced the way they are, they aren't likely to get any cheaper. Batman New 52 has been doing well, full runs of the series go for over $200.

There are really only two types of books I struggle to find without resorting to the internet or a major show:
1) Low grade key issues, especially from the Golden Age. I don't want to pay for pristine copies. 3.0 will do me fine.
2) Copper and modern age non-superhero books. I've labored intensely to complete some Planet of the Apes runs, as well as my run of Jughead's Diner (thanks, Scott Harris, for helping me on that last one!). The books are utterly worthless, but absolutely no one carries them because they're considered so worthless. Ironically, that then makes me willing to spend a lot more on ebay to acquire them.

I'm glad you found those Jugheads. I remember you posting about them on the old boards and checking my LCS. They had pretty much all them except the couple you needed.
