The Bone cousins (and supposedly according to Jeff Smith in the intro to the 25th anniversary special something is in the works but I think it might be an animated feature, which I would be fine with).
Chance Falconer (Leave it to Chance)-a series of Harry Potteresque type all ages adventure movies would be fun
Velvet Templeton (Velvet) femalle protagonist Cold War espionage thriller)
Forever Carslyle (Lazarus)(post apocalyptic sci-fi political thriller)
Ulysses Bloodstone (Harryhausen style monster fighting adventure popcorn flick)
Harry Dresden (Dresden Files) The TV series was decent but doomed from the start, but adapting each novel as a feature could work
Ms. Tree
Jon Sable
Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser
Killraven
Darklon the Mystic

Ruse (Simon Archard and Emma Bishop)
Moon Knight
Pete Wisdom (give it an "R" rating, let it be more like Captain Britain and MI13 rather than Excalibur)
Silver Sable

Valiant is working on Harbinger and Bloodshot already, but I'd love and Shadowman There's more, of course, but these three would be very strong, and each unique in their own way.

I would really like to see a well done Ghost Rider and Fantastic Four. I honestly think TV is the way to go with these two. Or, Marvel or whoever is currently making the Marvel movies needs the rights. I will agree, an original Mar-Vell would be preferred.
For DC, they just need to do something right. They are rushing everything to try and compete with Marvel and are failing miserably. Sub par Superman movies, a terrible Suicide Squad flick. Marvel learned from their mistakes and have started taking time and boy, it is paying off. My predications are a huge bomb for Justice League and we will then see DC pull the plug completely. It is sad because you can't have these failures and continue falling behind. Yes, they are still making some money but fans do not seem to be as pleased.
When Marvel misses (and they have with Iron Man 2, Thor 2 and Avengers Age of Ultron), it is not disastrous. It is just not as good as we hoped or doesn't add more to the current story in some way that really excites. Still watchable movies. DC is suffering from bad scripts and misused actors and I foresee a bleak future for them.

I keep thinking with the success of the Guardians of the Galaxy, why isn't WB / DC pushing a proven franchise ? Star Wars, Star Trek...
I'd be thrilled out of my mind for the Legion.

Marvel has the rights to Ghost Rider again, and he will be appearing on Season 4 of Agents of SHIELD, but it will not be Blaze or Ketch on a motorcycle but the Robbie Reyes low-rider driving Ghost Rider from all New Marvel that appears on the show. -M

Yes, that makes sense...
