The Batgirl unaired 1967 Pilot Is basically to take care two things - her reaction as being Batgirl and a Costume Test.  The top picture is from the 1967 Pilot and the bottom photo is from the actual 3rd Season of Batman.And, it was terrible, and I do agree with you Shax - but it was used to iron out several things before it went on the air in the 3rd Season and Yvonne had some clout in her say of her costume and one of them is her mask. She suggested to the Producers of Batman to round off her mask and make it much more comfortable to wear and furthermore the Producers agreed to that. It's all outlined in her book From Ballet to the Batcave and Beyond. |

This is only tangentially related, but has everyone already seen the early 90s pilot for Lookwell? A potentially brilliant show written by Conan O'Brien for Adam West that was unfortunately never picked up.

I seen this about half a dozen times in my life and I just stunned why anyone did not even picked it up and it's was wonderfully written by Conan O'Brien. It was a bummer not to been developed into a television series. |

Haha that equal pay commercial freaked me out as a kid. I was like: "she is letting Batman and Robin blow up! How could she do something so terrible?"
