Really excited for this. I wasn't really impressed with The Force Awakens. This looks really fun though and different. Can't wait for the film to drop. Could be the most impressive film visually that we get from the franchise. Gareth Edwards and his staff on this project already look like they have a great vision for the scope of the universe. The cinematography looks great along with the effects, most which look practical. Loving the cast lineup here too. Disney is just going to dominate for years with Lucasfilm and Marvel under their belt.

My first reaction when I saw this was "the acting is terrible", so I guess it's fully in the tradition of Star Wars  |

I saw the trailer at the movie theater about a week ago after seeing the latest Star Trek movie and I have mixed feelings about it and the acting is okay but not outstanding. The effects, the photography, and the grand scenes of things is excellent.

I'm excited for it, no doubt, but I'm still far more excited for Episode VIII.
