Dian Sometimes
I don't usually spend this much time thinking about it. I had a hard time choosing between Dian's Little Audrey cover and Ish's Little Dot cover. But that serene look on Little Audrey's face just barely beats out Little Dot's look of distress as her black dots are blown away!

After losing the Hoosier state in the voting, I'll concede my chances of victory in this election are slim indeed. Blowing away all competition this week was hondobrode, with 6 votes.
Breezing into 2nd place is Rob Allen with 5 votes.
Getting a second wind, Juggernaut claims 3rd, with 3 votes.

Based on the cover dialogue, Alfred must sew name tags on the bat uniforms Close...very close.  Alfred's fingerprints are all over this.  Alfred 'fesses up that he mistakenly provided Bruce with the "trophy cape."  As the last caption states, the cape begins "a strange odyssey!" (gotta love Bill Finger). Not only does the cape fight crime by itself, but it also ennobles the lives of the down-on-their-luck men who happen to don it.
