Never read that. I did start a fanfic with Hurricane v the Hulk (never finished) as I thought that was the level he could reach. He completely outclassed Cap. Far stronger, an armour that could be Iron Man class (with a bit of writing!), with an amazing ability to control winds to hurricane level.
I'll see if I can pick up that special.

It's not bad, a lot better than what Marvel UK did with...or rather, to...him in Gene Dogs. |
