I think I would take books about survival in nature, medical remedies, books with real-life photos, a big fat book of prose that would last a long time The last thing I'd take would be super-hero books. Unless it's to keep the fires burning Sorry Gilligan packed your bags before you boarded the USS Minnow. All that stuff got lost, the only thing that survived and reached the island with you were your funny books.... -M PS he also ate all your pudding, so no pudding on the island for you either... Good Grief. Well maybe a Jonah Hex tradebook will give me tips on outdoor survival, a collection with Greg Land art for photo-realistic women because I'll get lonely and the biggest and heaviest omnibus that I can use as an anchor to end my suffering by flinging myself into the sea Are you sure about the pudding?

Unless it's to keep the fires burning I'm with you Ish. Though i admit having the complete Cerebus Phone book editions serves up many useful purposes. Fire starter, wall paper, toilet paper, pillow filler, tape enough together to make blankets, etc... Or how about using every omnibus ever created to build your home out of?

Don't forget, if you have trouble sleeping you can read the Cerebus trades.

Unless it's to keep the fires burning I'm with you Ish It does however assume you know you are going to be shipwrecked. If I had those powers of precognition, I just wouldn't go on the ship.

If I knew I'd be shipwrecked beforehand I'd pack in my bags a big coffee table sized Sponge-bob book
We know sponges float and I can use it like a raft

Would think those filled cups of joy help you stay afloat?

This is impossible, but I'll give it a try.
Uncanny X-Men Omnibus 1 Legion of Super-Heroes: The Great Darkness Saga (Deluxe Edition) The New Teen Titans Omnibus Vol. 1 Avengers: "The Korvac Saga" (2012 Edition) Batman by Neal Adams Omnibus (2016)
I was very tempted to get more bang for my buck with some Essentials, but man, if I'm stuck on a desert Island, I'm going to need color! Also, is Earthwar (Legion of Super-Heroes) not collected anywhere? If so, biggest.oversight.ever.
