You could probably get that done cheaply and quickly on Fiverr.

Is there any kind (Kynd?) person in the forum who is good with Photoshop or similar who would be be able to cut out two words from a background (my band's logo) and leave me with the words on a transparent .png file or similar, so that I can put the logo on top of other images? Do these work for you? The second one is fuzzier than I would have liked. You'd need someone with better photo editor skills than I to clean it up tighter. If you download them and open them in a photo editor, the backgrounds SHOULD be invisible. If not, let me know, and I'll save them in a different format.

Thanks for taking a crack at that for me, shax. I appreciate it.

Is there a new Kynd album in the works? And that reminds me, what's the best way to buy the original 1999 cd?

Thanks for taking a crack at that for me, shax. I appreciate it. Honestly, I had no idea the reunion tour was as far along as it is. For some reason, I wasn't getting notification from the Kynd facebook page. I'm super stoked for the new (old) album and glad to help in some small way. EXCELSIOR!

As for the first album, wait for the Deluxe Edition reissue in April (that hasn't been officially annouced yet, so it's a CCF exclusive! )

How much of it is new, and how much of it is taken from unreleased recordings? Either way, I'm in. I never did buy a copy of Egotripper, so I'm psyched for the rerelease. Any chance you'll have a vinyl release? Honestly, I'd love to own two copies of World's Finest on 45, one to display and one to play. Definitely my favorite song of yours, and not just for the references

There is a new album in the works yes, later this year. How much of it is new, and how much of it is taken from unreleased recordings? Either way, I'm in. So, all of the songs on the 2nd album will be taken from the stockpile of material we had written and ready to go for our second album when we broke up in 2000. So, it'll be material written from between 1996 and 2000. Some of those songs were demoed in studios, some were played live a fair bit in the late 90s, and some are completely unheard outside of the band. However, they will be brand new 2021 recordings of those songs, not old demos/recordings. The idea is to engage in a bit of musical archaeology or sonic necromancy and recreate as closely as possible what the Kynd's second album might've sounded like had it come out in 2001 or 2002 as intended. I never did buy a copy of Egotripper, so I'm psyched for the rerelease. Any chance you'll have a vinyl release? Honestly, I'd love to own two copies of World's Finest on 45, one to display and one to play. Definitely my favorite song of yours, and not just for the references Ha! Thank you. Yeah, I think "World's Finest" is a fairly decent song, if I may flatter myself that much. We will also finally be releasing our third single "Get What You Deserve" digitally in a previously unreleased "single version" just ahead of the Deluxe Reissue of Shakedown in April. This song was always mooted by us and our record company as the third single, but we broke up before it was released. The "single version" was prepared back in late 1999, but has sat gathering dust on a shelf in a West London recording studio until we tracked it down earlier this month. So, releasing that is also going to be another bit of sonic archaeology. As for vinyl, there are still some copies of the "World's Finest" 7" available in our online merch store (in regular black vinyl and limited edition lemonade coloured)... thekynduk.bandcamp.com/merchThe new album will definitely be issued on CD and vinyl, I think, but there are no plans at the moment to reissue Shakedown on vinyl. However, we in the band would love to have our first album on vinyl, so I've no doubt that it will happen at some point.

That is a great name for a throwback hardcore or metal band.

ConfessorI hadn't heard your band before, but I decided to look you up on Spotify. How cool! If I may ask, what parts do you play? The stuff I heard sounded both VERY 90s yet also very throwback 60s-70s rock. Cool stuff.
