Thank you for remembering, Icctrombone , although at my age (which can be measured in ages: Atom; Silver; Bronze, etc.), I'm not so sure that recalling which birthday it is makes too much snese. Here are some of the comics that were on sale the week I was born:

How the HELL did you do that? I love it! In a way I'm glad my computer skills are rudimentary. I could cause way too much trouble if they were the equal of yours, shax! Thank you, too, for leading this band of brothers (and sisters!)

How the HELL did you do that? I love it! Roughly eight minutes of work in paint.net. Neither I nor the software are good enough to be professional, but we're sure fun on birthdays.

Who else could mock the whips and scorns of time with such grace and dignity? Happy birthday, Prince Hal ! Vous me flattez, mon camarade. Merci beaucoup.

(...) Here are some of the comics that were on sale the week I was born: So, high-tech surveillance, enhanced interrogation and commie smashing. Not sure what to make of that... ...But best wishes regardless.

Welp, when it rains it pours. Ended up having to take my wife to the ER last night after spending the day recovering from an outpatient procedure. She started experiencing a strange burning painful sensation in her chest, shoulder and left arm. ER docs ran a bunch of tests and determined it wasn't anything cardiac in nature as all those results were good/clear, but aren't sure exactly what it was. Likely some kind of muscle strain or pinched nerve, but the location and nature of the pain was worrisome, so it was good we came in. They gave her an anti-inflammatory and something to manage the pain, and we see her regular doc tomorrow to see what we can learn. We didn't get home until about 3:30 this morning so today got off to a late start, and my wife is home for a couple of days. We'll be busy, so I'll likely not be around much for a few days.

Sorry to hear about that, but glad to hear it wasn't a cardiac issue. Yeah, best not to blow off pain in that area.

Take it easy, you two!

The good news is that it’s not heart related. Hang in there Mrp.

Get well soon Mrs. mrp, and happy birthday to Prince Hal!
My wife and I got our second Moderna shots on Monday, and it hit me really hard. We got the shots around noon, and about 10-11 pm I started having chills. I couldn't stay asleep more than an hour at a time all night, and felt like crap most of Tuesday. I slept when I could, and about 4:30pm I started feeling better. I slept from 5:30 to 9pm and after that I felt a lot better. It was like having the flu for a day. Today I'm not completely back, but I'm at least 90%.
I'm still glad I got the vaccine and there's no question that my immune system responded to it!
