Gorgeous French actor Louis Jourdan passed away at the age of 93. His big role was Gigi, but folks here might remember him better as middle aged bad guy Arcane in Swamp Thing.  |

Three dogs and two cats in a no pet rental agreement. It's like a free kennel with the benefit of penalty or eviction. Yeah I don't let people take advantage of me. Not this guy. So yeah 7 children in the house instead of two. (Well cats no so much. Much more agreeable animals than dogs.)
Edit: I'm being a bit melodramatic about the eviction thing. I think my landlord had been here three times in the almost 6 years we've been here. But the two people whose quadruped children are in my house now don't know that.

Only real enough that the Hebrew calendar is based on lunar cycles/years (as were many other ancient cultures). It also merited a google doodle for the day, but yes the lunar calendar was used longer and and in more diverse cultures in humanity's history than the solar cycle/year. Some lunar calndars (like the Hebrew calendar) accommodate the solar calendar by adding an extra month on a regular basis to correct it, much as an extra day is added every four years (leap year) to correct the solar calendar. Also, even Christianity uses a lunar calendar to fix the date of Easter each year. ALso-the Chinese calendar is lunarsolar as well, so today is also the Chinese New Year. -M |

Does anybody know what the international shipping for MyComicShop.com (aka Lone Star Comics) is like? And also, how does it compare with Mile High's international shipping? I'm talking U.S. to UK shipping BTW.
