Hope your poochie gets well soon, lola.
And yeah, Captain, I felt the same way when I was in between jobs a year ago. Lying on the couch watching Game of Thrones and Downton Abbey DVDs, yet not being able to fully enjoy it, because of money woes and stress.
Thank goodness those days are over, though.

Uh oh. I just found the classic TV show and movie channels, that I did not know we had. Just watched an episode of "Adam-12". I had never heard of that show before. Now I am sucked in. That was a good early 70s show |

That was a good early 70s show "Dragnet Lite" (and very lite). Give the hard stuff a try. But Quincy, M.E. That was some serious stuff. Quincy's wife/girlfriend was the director of some kind of crisis center. And Quincy said something about incest being so frowned upon, and she said "of course it is! It rocks the very foundation of family values". Except the show was about if a 14 year old pregnant girl killed herself or if she was murdered, and the twist was because she was pregnant with her own father's child. Because he was raping her. Dang. Quincy was SVU before SVU existed. That was a heavy topic for a TV show in 1979. |

Yep like the Child sex offender episode of the show "Different Strokes" the guy who played Mr Carlson from wkrp was the one who played the sex offender. That was late 70s to. |

Jack Klugman was awesome sad he passed away  He acted for long time before that started in the late 40s i believe. |

TY so much all ... situations right now are difficult atm my dad's health issues have been acting up bad lately he got some meds from his doctor though. I'm sorry to hear that I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers and hope things start looking up. I'm glad the doctors have given him something. I hope it helps him! |

They have me posted at the register by the doors. Every time someone enters or exits, a sharp cold breeze whips through and leaves me shaking. And part of me wants to go and lock the doors and play ignorance when they figure it out. "Oh, those were locked?! I had no idea!! No wonder people weren't coming in!!" And then just look confused and hope they buy it.
