I voted the way I did because the cover that Slam posted just had nice eye appeal, cool, classic inventive cover with Rocky, Bullwinkle & Friends.

Both Casper (and friends) and Thundercats were pretty big parts of my childhood.
And while I liked both covers, I did not care for Lion-O's coloring on that cover.
Casper is a win for me!
There is not much cuter than Casper.♡

I'm going with Juggernaut, not because I agree with anything he has said about this contest, but because that cover so thoroughly exudes childhood Saturday mornings for me. I want to plop down in front of that cover with a bowl of serial and veg out for several hours of bliss.

I'll go against the grain and vote for Juggernaut because his cover collected several of these SMHs which in my opinion, gave it the edge over covers which picked just one.
I also don't mind discussion in these threads, just because people post their opinions doesn't mean it can sway me to vote or show bias in any way.

I was tempted to vote for Jugg's submission, but I really, really love Slam's cover. This is a hard contest because there are just too many good covers.

Wow. Tough to wade through this thread this week. Hope it's back to normal next time. MatthewP I LOVED Underdog as a kid and I LOVE the artwork on the cover. Biases in full force.  |
