The other day on the Marvel Comics website I subscribed to one of the X Men related comics.
How long does it take to Even get any response back from the site about when the subscription will be shipped and delivered anyway?

The other day on the Marvel Comics website I subscribed to one of the X Men related comics. How long does it take to Even get any response back from the site about when the subscription will be shipped and delivered anyway? Did you subscribe to a series that is just starting at #1 or one already in progress? I have 2 print subscriptions from Marvel (Black Panther & Dr. Strange) and I subscribed before each series started, so mine started with issue 1 in each case. I get my issues in the mail about a week and a half after they are released to comic shops-Midtown Comics fills all Marvel's subscriptions so they are mailed out when Midtown receives their books, but they come in a polybag with a cardboard subscription ad that covers the front cover. I am not sure how long it takes to get your first issue if you subscribed to an in progress series though. It takes a few weeks for them to process the sub though, so I guess it would depend on how soon after you subbed that the next issue comes out. If you subbed this week and a new issue comes out next week, I doubt they will have processed the order in time to send you that issue and it would likely be the one after that that begins your subscription. There is a way to contact Marvel subscriptions customer service via e-mail though, the info is on their subscription page on their website and you an follow links there to ask your question I believe. You can also click on your account there and it will give you the status of your subscription once it has been processed (how many issues left, etc.), but if it hasn't been processed yet by them, there might not be an info there yet. -M

Well they dint have a link to their email.
Plus I subscribed to the Inhumans vs X Men and its at issue 0 right now.
Is that why it's taking so darn long because of the 0 issue?

Not sure, but it does say on the sub page at the Marvel site to allow 6-8 weeks for the delivery of your first issue, so if you just subscribed, you have some time to wait...probably mid-January is when to expect your first issue to arrive. here's the page for IvX print subs at Marvel.com. -M

So even if I subscribed just the other day I won't get the issue 0, but I'd still get issue 1 later?

IvX is a mini series and the sub is for 6 issues, so I don't know how that works, if it were an ongoing, then yes, you would get the next issue they shipped after the 6-8 issues and then the 11 after that one. But again, IvX is not an ongoing, so you would have to ask Marvel's customer service that question as they are the only ones who will have an answer for you.
