This was a fun little adventure, I'm starting to really enjoy the spirit foxes even if they feel a little strange in a world of anthropomorphic animals.

Always a pleasure when Stan takes a moment to entertain with a fun morality play. And Gen is always ripe for being shown and to learning a good lesson. His gruff, stingy attitude will always get him into trouble so this time it was nine tailed magical foxes instructing him to change his ways and better his manners. This was a fun romp through the woods and I particularly liked the twin Usagi tormenting Gen. The panel in the woods of Gen leaping at the fox Usagi as both complements the others skills has a grace and beauty in its design. The forest tree's with their intricate cross hatching must have taken some time and effort from Stan and he could easily taken short cuts but he didn't. That shows how much pleasure Stan must derive in doing Usagi as it is so much more than just a "job" to him. We the fans are ultimately well rewarded that Stan loves his "job" and delivers extra care for us to enjoy.
