The premise...
I discovered Ganzeer through Warren Ellis' Orbital Operations newsletter and subscribed to his newsletter, which in turn brought me to this work of his. I am just starting to dive into it.
Ganzeer himself was just named one of the 100 Leading Global Thinkers of 2016 by Foreign Policy, and this work is one of the factors that earned him this accolade, so don't expect lighthearted kind of story. It is worth checking out though. There are 3 chapters up so far.
