I'm most lukewarm about-- Luke McDonnell!
Okay, lousy joke. Actually, on SUICIDE SQUAD McDonnell showed strong if not exceptional skills. Then whoever replaced him on the majority of issues till the end was pretty crappy.

This is actually a difficult one for me because if I don't feel strongly about an artist I tend not to notice or remember them much. To respond on a couple already mentioned here...
Bachalo - one thing I've read about this guy is that he constantly evolves and changes his style. That's interesting in some ways, but the flip side is he keeps evolving in and out of art that I like. I thought he was good in the mid-90s on the AoA stuff, but then his stuff became too distorted and hard to follow for years. I thought his work on Mike Carey's run on adjective less X-Men was GORGEOUS and on Wolverine and the X-Men. I haven't cared for much else he's done, though. Too distorted, hard to follow at best, and incomprehensible at worst, but when he's on the dude is on fire.
Ramos - I really dislike his art. It's not just that it's overly distorted, exaggerated and cartoony (which it is), but it all looks like the same. Same angles, same poses, same facial expressions, BORING. Add to that it's got the proportions and symmetry of a funhouse mirror and i just cannot get into his work. Automatic skip if I see something on the racks. Granted, his Wolverine run really turned me off, but his style would likely be more fitting on Spider Man.
JR Jr. If I'm lukewarm on anyone, it's him, I suppose. He can be technically good, but there is just something about his work I don't like. Something about the faces, the blocky/squarish look of his figures and fingers, the excessive lines... I don't know. He can layout a good scene and his art is usually coherent, but I don't enjoy it.
Oh. Jim Lee. Totally lukewarm. 20 years ago in his prime it was really crisp and detailed. Now his art seems less detailed and much lazier than before and it hasn't evolved or adjusted to the times or anything. He's not bad, but just meh. Yeah, there we go.

Where was that, Trebor ? Not sure I've seen it. The first thing that comes to mind is the Legends mini-series from DC. (And I can't believe that so much time elapsed since those days...)

This is actually a difficult one for me because if I don't feel strongly about an artist I tend not to notice or remember them much. Same. I know which ones I love, I know which ones I avoid. The rest I likely never checked the credits. I still don't do that very often.

I'm actually pretty flexible when it comes to artists. As long as the story is good and the art is functional (i.e., doesn't hinder the storytelling or make things confusing), I can stand art by just about anyone. I'm pretty forgiving of stylistic idiosyncrasies, and I'm willing to give most artists a chance to let them grow on me. In fact, I will almost never say an artist sucks or is terrible, just that their style isn't really to my liking. Now that being said, I mentioned John Romita Jr as my "lukewarm" pick mostly based on not really getting the appeal. Most artists, even the ones whose style is not to my liking, I at least get the appeal. But I do not get the appeal of JR Jr. I've even tried to like him, but it just doesn't click for me.

Where was that, Trebor ? Not sure I've seen it. Sorry, I missed this. Kessel inked Byrne on Legends and inked the majority of Byrne's Superman issues (Superman proper, not Action. I believe he only inked one issue of Action.)
